    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to support our plant operations. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, instrumentation, and controls across high-speed bottling and packaging equipment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Install, maintain, and troubleshoot 480VAC to 24VDC electrical systems and motor control centersTroubleshoot and repair process and packaging equipment (fillers, conveyors, packers, palletizers, etc.)Work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and servo drives to maintain electronic control systemsCalibrate, inspect, and troubleshoot flow, pressure, level, and temperature instrumentationLead and train other E&I technicians as neededCreate worker orders in our maintenance systemTroubleshoot, photo eyes and proximity sensorsPerform other duties as assigned

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    3+ years of hands-on experience as an industrial electrician1–2 years in a high-speed production environment (food/beverage or bottling preferred)Formal E&I training from vocational school, military, or certification program preferredUnderstanding of 480VAC power distribution systems and NEC codeSkilled in using electrical tools (megger, amp/volt meters, conduit benders, etc.)Solid troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systemsExperience with PLCs and industrial controls (Allen-Bradley, ControlLogix, SLC-500, DeviceNet, Ethernet/IP) (preferred)Familiarity with VFDs and servo systems (PowerFlex, SEW, Pacific Scientific, Rockwell)Knowledge of vision systems and online coding/printing systems a plus

    Physical Requirements:

    The role requires the ability to:

    Stand on hard surfaces such as concrete for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shiftLift and carry materials weighing up to 60 poundsClimb stairs, ladders, platforms, and other structures on equipment or buildings to inspect, operate, maintain, or troubleshootBend at the knees, twist the back, and kneel as needed to access equipment for operation, maintenance, or troubleshootingWork indoors and outdoors in varying seasonal temperatures and humidity levelsFunction effectively in areas of high noise while using proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

    SUMMARY: The Production Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift throughout the production area while following all applicable safety regulations.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Follow all safety, food safety, & GMP rules and regulations.Keep work area clean and organized by practicing good housekeeping in the immediate work area.Complete daily inspection of forklift.Ensure all pallets are loaded properly and clearly communicate any issues to supervisor and reload pallets correctly. Ensure product is stocked in the proper location. Ensure trailers are loaded/unloaded using proper method.Ability to use barcode scanner. Ability to communicate, injuries, equipment/product damage and unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately. Work in a safe manner by following all company rules and regulations as instructed during job orientation and yearly required safety training.Identify issues that he/she is not able to rectify and communicate them promptly to the Production Manager for assistance.All other duties as assigned.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None

    WORK INSTRUCTIONS TO POSITION SOPs are critical to meet customer specifications and maintenance of food safety, quality and process efficiency. Operator’s manual available on each line.

    WORK SAFETY Ensures that all tasks and functions of position are performed in a safe manner at all times and that all procedures and requirements are properly followed to accomplish assigned tasks.

    FOOD SAFETY/QUALITY Responsible for food safety and quality as well as reporting food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority if unable to initiate action.

    BACKUP COVERAGE In the absence of this position, another qualified Forklift Operator or Back-up Forklift Operator shall cover the absence.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE HS Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to attend all job related training classes to increase job knowledge and improve job performance. This also encourages confidence and sense of accomplishment.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures and customer specifications. Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts using calculator.

    REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    COMPUTER SKILLS Data entry helpful.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Successful completion of company forklift certification. Valid Driver’s License.

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS As required to attend off site training.

    We are seeking a Forklift Operator for our Dayton, New Jersey plant. The Forklift Operator will be a key player in our plant operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our products, dedicated to excellence, and eager to contribute to our mission of providing delicious and refreshing beverages to consumers nationwide.

    Job Description:
    • Loading and unloading trucks in our warehouse.
    • Tracking inventory using our scanning system.
    • Removing pallets from the production line using a forklift.
    • Operate palletizers, troubleshoot photo eye sensors, proxies, machine controls, etc.
    • Perform stocking for palletizers according to standard procedures.
    • Additional task as assigned.

    Requirements:
    • Prefer individuals with at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Pass a drug screen and physical
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license

    Physical Requirements:
