Job Summary:
A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning, including cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting, polishing, and other assigned items/areas. We have multiple shifts available as well as both full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all basic cleaningClean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areasEmpty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properlyCleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areasOperate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuumsFollow all health and safety regulations and company policiesReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to managementPerforms additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concernsQualifications

The Porter is responsible for maintaining the daily cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of public and operational spaces within the building and responds to special Building Management requests and work orders. This role is key to ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities
Service all public and operational spaces throughout the building.Maintain the plaza and parking garage areas as specified. Ensure elevator cars are clean and presentable.Preserve the lobby and first impression areas.Uphold the exterior appearance of the building.Maintain restroom cleanliness and hygiene.Check and restock restroom supplies regularly.Monitor and clean building grounds.Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the dock area.Clean stairwells daily, dust mop stairwells weekly, and damp mop landings and treads monthly.Assist with snow removal as needed.Respond to special requests throughout the day.Respond to work orders via cell phone/tabletQualifications

The Janitorial Site Supervisor supervises, directs, and coordinates employees, supplies, and equipment. This person is responsible for ensuring that the cleaning and maintenance tasks at the assigned property are completed according to contractual specifications.
