    The General Manager / Chef Manager will oversee every aspect of the on-site food-service program while serving hourly production employees, salaried professionals, plant leadership, executives, and visiting guests. It is a working executive-chef and account-management role.     About the Operation

    This is a single-shift, corporate dining account operating primarily Monday through Friday.

    Primary Responsibilities

The husband is independent, handles all driving, and is actively involved.     The family divides their time between residences in Detroit MI suburbs; Harbor Springs, Michigan; and Palm Beach, Florida. The caregiver will travel with the family to each residence. A private bedroom and bathroom are provided.


    Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., five or six days per week (including Sundays). 6 days/week would be preferred, including Sundays, with significant comp time (days off) offered.


    Primary Care Responsibilities

    Executive Banquet Chef for a high volume, luxury hotel with multi-function conference/catering facilities. Experience leading Sous Chefs and Culinary staff.


    Lots of creativity and interaction with clients for tastings.Ability to organize and execute multiple events at the same time.Experience at a venue with over $5M+ in catering salesPrefer education / training to include Culinary Degree or ACF Certification
