Sales Representative – Phone Opener (Full-Time)
Location: Melville, NY (On-site only)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PMJob Type: Full-time | +Commission-Based
Pay: $20.00 per hour + uncapped weekly bonuses
Expected Hours: 34 hours per week

Role Overview
We’re hiring Openers to join our sales floor team. As an Opener, your role is to make 600–800 outbound calls per day, connect with business owners, and generate interest in our services. You’ll be the first point of contact—qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our closing team. This is a high-activity, high-reward role with strong earning potential.

Make 600-800 outbound calls daily to small business ownersFollow proven scripts to qualify leads and schedule appointmentsTransfer qualified prospects to our closersAccurately update call notes and lead status in our CRM systemHit daily activity targets and team benchmarksRequirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience- preferred but not requiredStrong phone presence and communication skillsEnergetic, coachable, and self-motivatedMust be able to work on-site in Melville, NYAuthorized to work in the U.S.Additional Info:
