    Construction Site Supervisor - Custom Residential Projects

    Maitland, FL (Travel Throughout Central Florida Required)


    Hardwick General Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee field operations for luxury residential construction projects. This position is responsible for supervising active jobsites, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.


    Hardwick General Contracting is a family-owned residential builder serving Central Florida since 2004. We specialize in custom home construction and high-end residential renovation projects.


    Position Responsibilities

    Oversee daily construction activities from project startup through final completionManage subcontractor scheduling, coordination, and on-site performanceMonitor construction timelines and proactively resolve field challengesVerify workmanship and installation quality throughout each phase of constructionMaintain organized, safe, and professional jobsitesCoordinate inspections, permit requirements, and municipal compliance itemsTrack materials, deliveries, and site logistics to maintain workflowCommunicate project status and updates with internal teams, vendors, and clientsComplete daily field reports and project documentation using company softwareEnforce company construction standards and operating procedures


    Required Qualifications

    Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, including at least 3 years of field leadership or superintendent experience in Luxury Custom Home BuildingKnowledge of residential building practices, sequencing, and quality control standardsExperience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple tradesFamiliarity with residential permitting and inspection processesComfortable using email, spreadsheets, and construction/project management softwareStrong communication and organizational skillsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordSpanish communication skills helpful but not required


    Compensation and Benefits

    Annual Salary: $75,000 - $95,000, depending on experiencePerformance bonus opportunitiesHealth insurance contributionSupplemental life and disability insurance401(k) with profit sharingPaid holidays and paid time offLong-term advancement opportunities
