  Your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience from the minute our guests walk through the door. By doing this, you will help the team maintain and attract new customers.

  Compensation:

  $10 hourly

  
  Responsibilities:Warmly and graciously greets all guests upon arrivalWhen immediate seating is limited, record guest names and the number of people at the partyCalls out the names and numbers of parties when tables become availableProvide guests with estimated waiting time, always maintaining a professional and courteous attitudeAccommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possibleSeat guests based on guest preferences and balance customer flow in service stationsRelay messages to servers and bus personnel as neededClean menus as needed and keep the work area cleanPerform other duties as assigned by the manager on dutyThank guests as they leave and invite them to return

  We’re looking for an enthusiastic food prep worker who can deliver outstanding results in the kitchen, prepping meals for our chef/cook. Your main responsibilities will be to stock, prepare, and measure condiments and slice and dice foods. You’ll keep your workstation and equipment clean and follow all required safety protocols. 

  Good organization skills, the ability to take directions well, and to read recipe instructions and labels in English, as well as handle a variety of kitchen equipment, sharp knives, and measuring tools, are required. Some experience and an associate's degree are preferred but not required. If you are a positive self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, we want to meet you! Apply today for immediate consideration.

  Responsibilities:Read recipe measurements, meal charts, label instructions in English, and use the correct measuring toolsWash, sort, prep, slice, and measure ingredients for recipes, using condiments, vegetables, and proteins, and mixing sauces for use in various mealsAssist other cooks in the kitchen as needed with preparing simple recipes such as soups, sauce reduction, and brewing coffee and teaAdhere to COVID-19 safety protocol measures in all food preparation areas and follow all food safety guidelines in the kitchen workstationsKeep all prep and workstation areas organized and equipment hygienic and sanitized at closing
  Qualifications:Have some experience prepping food and the ability to work under the head chef/cook with minor supervisionFlexibility to work weekend hours and holidays if necessary, as well as some extended hoursBasic familiarity with operating kitchen equipmentMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as bend, pull heavy items, and stand on your feet for your entire shiftWe’d prefer it if you have an associate's degree (AA), or equivalent, but it’s not required for the job
