Journeyman Plumber - Hardcastle Home Services (Colorado Springs, CO)
Location: Colorado Springs, CO & Woodland Park, CO Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $30 - $35 an hour depending on experience

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team in a Plumbing Foreman role.
Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber with commercial, multi-project experience and proven leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will manage plumbing crews on various commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise plumbing crews and subcontractors
Plan, coordinate, and schedule project tasks and timelines
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Experience as a foreman is a plus, but not necessary; we'll provide guidance and training for plumbers ready to grow into a leadership position.
Qualifications:
Current Colorado Journeyman Plumber License (required)
Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience
Prior Lead Plumber experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
