We are seeking an experienced high-level window cleaning contractor or team for a commercial project in Charleston, SC. This role involves full interior and exterior cleaning of high elevated windows requiring specialized lift machinery and strict safety compliance.
Requirements
Proven High-Level Experience: Demonstrated history of performing interior and exterior window cleaning on commercial or high-rise structures. Machinery & Equipment: Must supply and/or operate elevated work platforms/lifts (MEWPs, boom lifts, or scissor lifts) required to safely reach high elevated glass. Local References: Must provide verifiable references and proof of completed high-level window cleaning projects in the Charleston, SC or surrounding tri-county area. Safety Plan Submission: Must prepare and submit a comprehensive site-specific written safety plan prior to starting work. The plan must comply with OSHA standards (e.g., standard fall protection, lift operations, area barricades/ground protection, and incident management—equivalent to airport or high-security commercial safety requirements). Licensing & Insurance: Must maintain active commercial liability insurance, workers' compensation coverage, and all applicable business licenses.To Apply / Submit Proposal
