Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationCapable of managing multiple projects simultaneouslySupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with IOR, contractors, architects, engineers, HCIA, stakeholder, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications:
Minimum 7yrs of experience in the Construction industry; Two(2) of the seven (7) should have responsibility in coordinating healthcare projects with construction values in excess of $8MExperience with Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) construction/design processes requiredDesign Build Experience preferredStrong communication skillsDeadline and detail-oriented
