We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning and permitting through procurement and implementationCapable of managing multiple projects simultaneouslySupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with Inspectors, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Agencies, Stakeholder, and ClientsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications:
Minimum 8yrs of experience in the Construction industry; three (3) of the seven (8) should have responsibility in coordinating public works projects Strong written and verbal communication skillsDeadline and detail-oriented
