The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in IV insertion, infusion therapy, and administering injections. This role focuses on ensuring continuity of care, patient safety, and clinical excellence. 

    Responsibilities

    - Provide primary and preventive care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. 
    - Perform IV insertions, manage infusions, and administer injections safely. 
    - Conduct physical exams, interpret labs, and develop treatment plans. 
    - Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan. 
    - Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system. 
    - Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. 

    Qualifications

    - Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing; licensed FNP (FNP-C or FNP-BC) in Texas. 
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in family or primary care preferred. 
    - Proficient in IV therapy, venipuncture, and injection administration. 
    - Current BLS and ACLS certifications. 
    - Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.

    For PMHNP Candidates:
