    Overview:


    HappyClean is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Operations Manager to help lead and scale our day-to-day operations.

    This role is responsible for overseeing service execution, supporting administrative staff, managing client relationships, improving operational efficiency, and helping maintain high standards across our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently manage both people and processes.

    This is not a purely administrative role. We are looking for someone who can lead operations, solve problems, support team accountability, and help ownership continue transitioning out of day-to-day operational involvement.


    Duties:

    Oversee all daily operations of the businessEnsure all reporting, documentation, and operational updates are properly maintained within company systemsMonitor operational performance and identify areas for improvementOversee scheduling coordination and service executionMaintain organization, accountability, and workflow efficiency across operationsAssist with the implementation and improvement of operational systems and SOPsManage and oversee client relationships across all accountsHandle client issues, concerns, and escalations professionally and efficientlyConduct outbound calls with clients for follow-up, service coordination, retention, and issue resolutionCoordinate walkthroughs, scope discussions, and operational follow-up when neededManage and oversee all cleaning staff and internal operations personnelHandle cleaner issues, accountability, and escalationsLead and manage all internal meetings with cleaners and operations staffNegotiate and manage pay rates while maintaining company margin goalsMonitor labor costs, job profitability, and operational KPIsSupport AR follow-up, invoice accuracy, and collections processes


    Experience:


    Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience handling difficult conversations and conflict resolutionStrong operational decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesExperience managing teams and client relationshipsComfortable leading meetings and holding staff accountableDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and documentation habitsExperience in home services, hospitality, logistics, field operations, or service industries preferredProficiency with operational software, scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting systems preferred


    Qualifications:


    bilingual in English/SpanishCollege degree preferred
