  Role and Responsibilities: 
  An active massage therapist license in the appropriate state is required for this role.  Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance  Customized treatment plans based on individual client’s needs to deliver quality results. Create an exceptional experience of healing for each member/guest through routine visits and long-term treatment plans.  Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

  As Spa Sales Manager, your success will be measured by key business metrics, including: 
  
  Increase Net Membership Conversion  Tracking and Training on Client Retention   LMT/LE Utilization and Turn-over Rate Additional responsibilities include: 
  
  Leading and coaching Spa Associates to achieve sales goals Driving membership sales and retention initiatives Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing team members Managing schedules and daily spa operations Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to improve performance Ensuring an exceptional guest experience Building a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture Qualifications
