The ideal candidate has 13 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will begin your career with a strong focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance. Compensation Package: We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your contributions and drive your success! With a competitive hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and a lucrative bonus structure, our GMITs earn an average annual compensation up to $45,000, depending on performance.
As a General Manager in Training, you will
Successfully achieve all performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company on a consistent basis. These goals include but are not limited to: Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card SalesSuccessfully lead the front desk team to exceed all sales and performance goalsProvide an exceptional experience to all guests and valued members, as measured by our Service Level Standard scoresOversee and manage daily operations of the front deskAssist General Manager in managing the daily operations of the businessTrain, monitor, and coach teams, including in-the-moment coachingAssist in recruiting, onboarding, and training all new hires at the front deskMaintain a detailed knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on the benefits of specific services and enhancementsPassionately promote sales, promotions, and eventsUphold spa cleanliness standardsPerform administrative functions in conjunction with the General Manager including sales reporting, register operations, cash handling, etc.The GMIT has a varied schedule including weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday hourly schedules, and flexible availability is preferred.
