Responsibilities:Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessaryUse appropriate procedures for removing used plates, glasses, and silverware in an efficient manner throughout breakfast serviceDisinfect and clean service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment following health and safety proceduresRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient mannerMaintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as neededBe able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentQualifications:This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer serviceEducational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificationPossesses strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team membersFood service industry experience is highly desiredMust be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shiftPlease only apply if you meet each of these criteriaAbout CompanyFounded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 15 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
