We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to help lead our front desk team at our award-winning Hampton Inn.
This is a hands on leadership position ideal for someone with hotel front desk experience who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the front desk team during your shift
Train and coach new team members
Ensure Hilton brand standards are met
Resolve guest concerns professionally
Assist with scheduling, arrivals, and daily operations
Work closely with hotel management to maintain excellent guest service
Qualifications
Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
7AM-3PM schedule, may include some weekends and holidays
