    Monday – Friday {{7:30 am - 5:30 pm}} according to the physician's schedule to work in a fast-paced environmentCertified Medical Assistant; preferred EKG technician; Experienced preferred

    Job Description for EKG Technician / Receptionist:

    Places patients in the exam room according to protocolChecks height, weight, vitals and performs EKGRestocks exam rooms, sample closet and physician workstationsReview records for accuracy Maintains appropriate chart documentationIdentifies operational delays and reports directly to the manager and/or supervisorReports equipment issues to the manager and/or supervisorReviews and stays up to date on position reference material which outlines all responsibilitiesPerforms opening and/or closing dutiesAssist with other office support duties as directed by the manager and/or supervisor Check in patients: (collect copays, referrals, scan insurance cards, DL, scripts, schedule, reschedule, phone calls, etc)Check out patients: (schedule appointments, give patient instructions, medication printout instruction printout, scripts for outside testing, etc).

    Primary Functions:

    Preparing examination room for patients before testingExplain the ultrasound procedure to patientsPerform Echocardiograms according to lab protocol and IAC standardsCompare the patient's mpatient'st exams to previous results when applicable and note changesPrepare summarized findings to interpret for the physicianPreparing preliminary results in the patient's medical recordMaintain a clean and adequately stocked exam room

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    Current BLS certification (maintain certifications)2+ years of experience performing EchocardiogramsProficiency with electronic medical record navigation and documentation requiredAbility to build rapport with patients and provide excellent patient satisfactionAbility to work well as a team within the labAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentEcho experience preferred but not requiredMon. - Fri. 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; no weekends, calls, or nights

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    Current RVT / RVS and BLS certification (maintain certifications)
    2 years+ experience performing a wide array of non-invasive vascular ultrasounds
    Proficiency with electronic medical record navigation and documentation requiredAbility to build rapport with patients and provide excellent patient satisfactionAbility to work well as a team within the labAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    Echo experience preferred but not required Mon. - Fri. 7:30am - 3:30pm; no weekends, call or nights

    We are seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner(APN) Or Physician Assistant (PA) to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

    Responsibilities:

    At least two years experience inpatient cardiology as an APN or PAStrong clinical skills; able to see patients independently in the hospital settingSee a minimal average of 10-15 patients/daily inpatient settingPerform stress testing (will train)Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic cardiac illnessesPrescribe all necessary medications and treatmentsPerform comprehensive physical examinations of patientsDevelop and implement patient management policies and proceduresFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilitiesCommunicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient careReports to the Director of Clinical Operations, who is also an APP

    Qualifications:

    Hours may vary between 8:00 AM4:00 PM or 8:30 AM4:30 PM
    Includes a paid 30-minute lunch break

    Responsibilities
