This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing prompt, courteous, and professional assistance while ensuring a high standard of customer service.Coordinate and assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability, skill set, and patient needs.Accurately process payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload, meeting all deadlines.Proactively address and resolve concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or internal team members.
Qualifications:Previous experience in a home care office setting preferred.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
