The Company provides essential transportation services including multi-mode operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology, analytics and business intelligence, maintenance, cleaning, and rider experience measurement! Position Overview This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for assisting with various transportation program-related projects and coordinating multiple programs in order to help reduce the number of people driving alone to work. Use creative thinking to come up with ideas around events, promotions, rewards, and community involvement among other things. Job Responsibilities Meet performance goals and deadlines. You will be responsible for meeting the client's goals and ensuring your deadlines for these goals are completed on time. Organize workflow. Keep your tasks organized making sure there is a clear direction to completing them on time. Email correspondence including administrative duties. Answer emails in a professional and timely manner and perform administrative duties as necessary. Assist with developing marketing material. Create content and ideas for Transportation events to help promote their programs. Other duties as assigned. You will learn the various roles within the client program to help when needed. Qualifications: Must have good communication skills in English, including written communications. Must possess customer service skills and be able to perform well under stress and be adaptable to quickly changing situations. Must have experience with Google equivalent to Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Must be able to work well independently or with a group and handle multiple projects. Must be well organized and manage time efficiently. Must have prior experience with administrative duties. Must be able to work flexible hours as required.
