    Haley Automotive Group is looking for a part-time Dealer Exchange Driver to safely transport vehicles and handle relevant documentation between automotive dealerships, auctions, or directly to customers. Primary responsibilities include logging vehicle IDs, inspecting for damage, and strictly following all traffic laws. This is largely a part-time or on-call role that requires a clean driving record.

    Core Responsibilities

    Vehicle Transport: Safely drive and deliver traded or exchanged vehicles between dealership lots, partner networks, and sometimes to customer homes.Documentation & Paperwork: Verify VINs, stock numbers, and ownership documents. Ensure keys, manuals, and wheel locks are transferred with the car.Compliance: Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, legal speed limits, and safety regulations during transit.Vehicle Care: Ensure the vehicle remains clean and undamaged while in your possession.

    Key Requirements

    This is an awesome opportunity for someone to come into a well running department that is tracking over 800-1000 good leads a month, with a staff of 7 people in our Internet Department. We are consistently tracking over 110+ cars/month in the Internet Department; on a rolling 90 day average. This is an opportunity for someone who has the right experience, to come on board and do very well.


    Internet sales experience is HIGHLY preferred, but we will train the right person (guaranteed training pay).



    A successful Internet Sales Consultant effectively performs the following responsibilities:

    ● Manage internet sales leads, which includes responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, setting appointments, and answering questions on available new and pre-owned inventory

    ● Creating and building relationships with new and existing customers through proper follow-up and customer service

    ● Prospecting new customers through social media, networking, e-mail, and phone

    ● Demonstrating vehicle benefits and amenities, including test drives

    ● Meeting and exceeding dealership goals and sales objectives

    ● Maintaining proper customer satisfaction ratings

    ● Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information into CRM software (Vinsolutions).

    ● Must have excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail with written communication (email/text)
