Hale Injury Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing personal injury litigation team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a strong litigation background who can effectively support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experience requiredStrong knowledge of Nevada civil litigation procedures and deadlinesExperience drafting litigation documents and managing a litigation caseloadExcellent organizational, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software (Filevine experience preferred)Responsibilities
Draft complaints, summonses, and other pleadings for attorney reviewPrepare shells and first drafts of motions, oppositions, replies, and stipulationsAssist attorneys with written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissionsDraft and organize discovery responsesCoordinate service of process and track service deadlinesManage litigation deadlines and maintain accurate calendaringPrepare hearing, mediation, arbitration, and trial materialsObtain, organize, and summarize medical records and other evidenceCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, medical providers, and court personnelAssist attorneys with case strategy, file management, and trial preparationMaintain detailed case notes and ensure files remain organized and litigation-readyPreferred Skills
Experience handling personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolutionFamiliarity with state and federal court filing proceduresStrong drafting and proofreading abilitiesAbility to anticipate attorney needs and proactively move cases forwardWhat We Offer
