To consistently achieve individual monthly goals specific to closings, cycle times, VPO spend and Avid survey results, while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire Customer Journey. The CM is responsible for ‘A+’ community presentation, all homes in production, including the model, and overall jobsite cleanliness while ensuring all trade partners are abiding to Hakes Brothers Safety and Health Program. Daily reporting, auditing and usage of ITK is required to ensure accuracy of the build schedule, the progression of homes, and the payment of trades.

Unlock and lock up daily. Unlock the houses by 7AM and lockup no earlier than 4PM.Work late to meet scheduling milestones as needed. Weekend on-call duty, as needed.Daily Work
