    Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Stock options plan Overview The Licensed Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting land surveys, measurements, and assessments to support various land development projects. He/she will work closely with engineers and other staff as part of a team. Essential Duties: Perform boundary surveys and topographic surveys Utilize surveying instruments, such as standard and robotic total stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors, to collect accurate field data. Proficient in deed/records research Process survey field data to ensure compliance with standards Analyze survey data and research to make boundary decisions Prepare detailed reports, plans, and drawings. Collaborate with survey project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project success Oversee survey crew members and provide guidance during fieldwork. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and surveying standards. Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS) in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility for license within 12 months. Demonstrated proficiency in using surveying instruments and software. Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and legal requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. This position is a management tract position for the ideal candidate. We service New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. Essential Duties: Serve as a Sr. Project Engineer/Project Manager for civil/site design, land planning and permitting for industrial, institutional, commercial, multifamily residential and athletic/recreation facilities as well as construction oversight services, Handle multiple ongoing projects at once and will provide superior client service, strong communication skills, and will manage the technical and financial aspects of the project or tasks under your control, Participate in project decisions regarding technical approach, cost and scheduling performance, Participate in business development and retention, and Responsible for supervising and developing project engineers and junior staff members. Requirements: Generally 8-15 years experience related to all aspects of civil design (hydrology, grading, utilities, etc.) for a wide variety of development types, Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Valid PE license is required.
