POSITION OVERVIEW
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities within assigned industry verticals. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned existing customers within a designated industry vertical. This role drives revenue growth by identifying cross-selling, upselling, retrofit, relocation, and service opportunities while managing the full sales process from needs analysis and proposal development through negotiation and contract execution. The Account Manager develops a strong understanding of each customer's business, manufacturing strategy, and automation needs to deliver value-driven solutions.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of the automated equipment developed by HAHN Automation Group and located in our customers’ facilities. The individual will be required to troubleshoot, analyze, set-up, and repair a variety of pneumatic, mechanical, electrical and controls components and systems, in order to maintain customer equipment and ensure it performs at acceptable levels. This position is likely to interact with all levels of a customers’ organization, requiring a strong customer service mindset and problem-solving approach.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Education: College accreditation with emphasis in engineering or equivalent field service experience, preferably from within a manufacturing firm—bachelor’s degree with concentration in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a similar industry is required, including an emphasis on equipment assembly, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
