Position Summary:
Responsible for managing and tracking inventory of all materials ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, update inventory records, and maintain stock levels.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm
Role & Responsibilities:
Review sales orders and verify accuracy to match pick tickets.Prepare packing slips and expedite orders to meet promised delivery dates.Review shipping notices, invoices, orders, and material records to determine shipping priorities.Compile data to track orders including amount due, date of shipment, and delivery dates.Compare and maintain accurate physical inventory to company ERP system and office records and adjust balances.Determine space requirements and position of shipment in boxcars and trucks and lay out position of shipment.Manage and reconcile physical inventory/cycle counting. program.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through awareness of industry trends and best practices. Requirements:Minimum Requirements:
