Tues-Sat 9am-5:30pm

Overview:
ReStore Associate will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming climate that fosters sales, growth, and return customers while performing all duties with the highest moral and ethical standards. This position requires lifting, moving, merchandising, pricing, and stocking; working both inside and outside of the building. Will perform other duties, as assigned.Position is a physically demanding position which requires regular lifting of 50 pounds. The primary charge for this position is loading purchases and unloading donations. It also requires the ability to work well with a diverse group of volunteers and customers, utilizing strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Will also be required to observe safety requirements, Be able to operate a forklift and operate as a passenger in the ReStore box truck.Duties and Requirements:
Excellent customer service and problem solvingRetail experience and staging a plusScreen for donation/product usability – and professionally decline donations where applicable.Truck passenger picking up donations from donor's homesTrain and work with volunteersAssist in duties assigned by ReStore Management/ReStore Team LeadsFollow Restore safety standards and processesHelp maintain organization and cleanliness in the ReStore Donation, Processing, and Sold Areas.Provide customer service inside the ReStore including running register, open and closing of ReStore.Moving furniture, cabinets, appliances and other items daily. Operate forklift (certification will be provided by Habitat)Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GEDValid driver’s license and good driving record. No CDL is required.Excellent customer service and problem solvingretail experience preferredTruck driving experience preferred.Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand, squat, bend and climb in and out of the truck if required.Must pass Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen and Sexual Offender CheckWork is performed in a retail/warehouse environmentAbility to spend majority of the day standing or moving about ReStore and the community. Job Description: Construction Site Supervisor
Reports to: VP of Construction
Goal: This position will supervise the construction of affordable homes. This individual should be skilled in all aspects of single family and townhouse construction including new construction from vacant lot to C.O. and rehabilitation from existing structure to C.C. This person must possess excellent people skills and be capable and enthusiastic about teaching and working with unskilled volunteers and prospective homeowners in all aspects of residential construction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Formal Training: BS in Construction Management, or equivalent work experienceWork Experience: 5 years’ experience in townhouse and single-family residence constructionAptitudes:Ability to participate in and supervise the construction of townhouses and single-family dwellings; Ability to supervise and instruct volunteers and sub-contractors;Ability to effectively and enthusiastically communicate Habitat’s mission;Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more, work outside standing for long periods, climb ladders and scaffolding; ability to operate construction tools and equipmentComputer Literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook, Project Management (Primavera, Procore)Responsibilities:
On-site person who oversees the actual work being performed by volunteers and sub-contractors for the specific site. This senior position supervises cluster builds (5+ units) and may also supervise one or more Site Supervisor I associates and/or provide direction and guidance as instructed. Also performs skilled tasks as required to pass inspections and prepare site for volunteer groups.

6:30 am to 3:00 pm Tuesday thru Saturday
Additional days and hours may be necessary to fulfill role as required by project.
