Description of Tasks:
Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair commercial electrical systems, ensuring safety and functionality.Install and Maintain: Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, lighting, and fixtures in commercial settings.System Maintenance: Perform inspections and corrective maintenance on circuit breakers, transformers, and electrical panels.Code Compliance: Follow national electrical codes and state/local regulations for all work.Documentation: Track repairs, installations, and maintenance in trade softwareCustomer Engagement: Communicate with clients, explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide informed system performance advice.Position Requirements:

Requirements:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and experience handling legal matters related to the construction industry. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support to our legal team, assisting with contract administration, compliance, dispute resolution, and litigation management. Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, including but not limited to, contractor agreements, subcontractor agreements, and supplier contracts.Conduct legal research and analysis on construction law, regulations, and best practices.Support the legal team in managing disputes, claims, and litigation related to construction projects.Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to construction projects and operations.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and documents relevant to legal matters.Maintain organized files and documentation for all legal matters, including contracts, correspondence, and legal memos.Assist in the preparation of legal presentations, reports, and summaries for internal use.Qualifications:
Associate's degree or certificate in paralegal studies from an accredited institution.
