As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.
You will work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement structured, individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, social interaction, adaptive behavior, and daily living skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
Your Role:

Your Role Serve as the first point of contact, greeting patients with professionalism and outstanding customer service. Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient daily clinic schedule. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, hands-on therapy while building relationships with children and families, improving lives, and advancing your career in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. We focus on helping children build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence through evidence-based, child-centered care that supports developmental milestones.
Your Role:
Deliver personalized, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy to children with developmental and neurological diagnoses Develop treatment plans focused on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence Use play-based and child-led interventions to support engagement and progressRequirements
Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Active state Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills Passion for working with children and delivering family-centered care Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered therapyBenefits
