Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Active or eligible for state license.
Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, play-based therapy while supporting children and families in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. As a PTA, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help children build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence through evidence-based, child-centered care that supports developmental milestones.
Your Role:
Implement individualized pediatric treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Provide hands-on therapy focused on gross motor development, balance, coordination, strength, and mobility Use play-based, engaging interventions to promote participation and progressRequirements
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active state PTA license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills Passion for working with children with developmental and neurological needs Commitment to compassionate, family-centered careBenefits
