Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This position is open to licensed professional counselors (LPC) who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to work with a diverse client population.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessionsConduct initial assessments and develop treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationParticipate in supervision and staff meetingsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of careMaintain confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with licensing board and company policiesQualifications:
LPC license in MississippiMasters degree in Counseling or a related fieldAt least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience preferredExperience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms a plusStrong organizational and communication skillsCommitment to cultural competency and trauma-informed care** Flexible work hours
