    **Job Family** **:** Account Growth Leader **Travel Required** **:** Up to 75% **Clearance Required** **:** None **What You Will Do** **:** + Create robust account strategy and plan to deliver sustainable growth in select accounts + Identify business opportunities across a select set of accounts and drive growth against a target + Work with the commercial account leaders, delivery teams and service partners to expand Guidehouse offerings across Advisory, Technology and Managed Services in the assigned accounts + Generate new sales opportunities and identify appropriate internal resources, solutions, campaigns to assist with moving the opportunity through the pipeline to closure + Collaborate with Capability leaders, Subject matter experts, Ecosystem partners, Marketing, Account Partners, Campaign growth leaders, Channel Developers, Sales Corporate Services, and the Segment Growth Leader to drive Sales and strategic Growth opportunities for the firm + Work personal network of industry contacts to originate new sales leads and opportunities + Partner with the Segment Growth Leader and service line partners to identify and define specific point solutions and take those to market + This role is eligible to participate in Guidehouse's Sales Incentive Plan **What You Will Need** **:** + Bachelor's Degree; Four (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's + Minimum 15 (Fifteen) years of prior Financial Services experience in Banking and Capital Markets + Proven track record of building accounts from ground zero and deliver hypergrowth + Proven experience selling to large investments banks, regional banks and FinTechs + Professional knowledge and Exposure to some of Financial Crime, Risk & Compliance, Treasury, Payments, Loans, Digital assets and Investment banking preferred + Ability to sell Advisory-led and technology-led offerings to Financial Services clients **What Would Be Nice to Have** **:** + Master's level education + Experience with using ecosystem partners as sales channel + The ideal candidate will be local to the NYC metropolitan area The annual salary range for this position is $155,000.00-$259,000.00.
