    We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative specializing in Hospice services to join our growing team in Denver. This is an opportunity to combine strategic sales, community outreach, and meaningful healthcare impact all while working alongside experienced leadership committed to your success.

    As a key member of the local management team, assist in achievement of budget through sales to new clients, increasing sales to existing clients. Work with President, Director, Sales & Marketing and Director, Finance & Admin to evaluate potential profitability of any new business prior to proposal. Responsible for building a positive working relationship with all clients by resolving issues/problems, advising clients on regulatory issues, and training client staff as needed.

    Essential job functions:

    Call and visit current customers to enhance and facilitate positive working relationships between customers and the pharmacyMarket pharmacy as preferred provider of pharmacy services to existing customer base to increase penetration of services and patients servedAct as liaison with pharmacy operations to maintain high level of service level to customers, following all service related issues through to resolutionMaintain customer relationships and perform as an "expert" advisor to facilitate problem-solving with the goal of 100% customer retentionEnsure initial servicing of new customer residents is smooth and error free by acting as liaison/quality assurance point person upon startup of serviceResponsible for the training of new facility staff during start upAssist in data collection of new facility start-ups to ensure smooth and error free start upProvide consulting services to customers to assist in complianceProvide in-service training to customer staff as neededParticipate in marketing efforts to potential customersActively participate in local association meetings related to assisted living/long term care facilitiesRequired to work in pharmacy operations on an as needed basis, providing assistance in the areas of medical records and order entryOther essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed

    Education and/or Certifications:

    High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredValid driver's license and clean driving recordNursing/healthcare background preferredPharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirement) preferred; National Certification preferred (PTCB)Experience in sales and/or account management preferred

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Excellent customer relations skills and ability to build strong customer relationshipsAbility to work independently and deliver to deadlinesAbility to solve problems with minimal directionGreat attention to detail and accuracyAbility to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlinesQuality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurateSalesforce or similar CRM experience a plusKnowledge of LTC or pharmacy industry

    Work Environment:

    Requires up to 75% travel, by air and groundAbility to work flexible hours
