Position Overview
As an Allergy and Immunology Physician at Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Specialists, you will have the opportunity to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of allergic and immunologic conditions in a dynamic outpatient setting. You will work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals in a supportive and patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with allergic and immunologic disorders, including asthma, food and environmental allergies, eczema, chronic rhinosinusitis, and primary immunodeficiencies.Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including skin testing, patch testing, spirometry, and food and drug challenges.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including allergen immunotherapy, biologics, and medication management.Educate patients and families on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Participate in practice growth initiatives and contribute to a positive office culture.Stay up-to-date on advancements in the field through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications
Medical degree (MD or DO) Board certification or eligibility in Allergy and Immunology.Active and unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain licensure.Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a patient-centered approach to care.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.Interest in contributing to practice development and quality improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Georgia and/or Alabama, or ability to obtain it within first few months of hire.Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a nationally recognized certifying body (e.g., ANCC or AANP).Experience or clinical training in Allergy, Asthma, Immunology, or related fields.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Preferred Qualifications:
