    The Head Engagement & Services Marketing for the Individual Business is responsible for defining and leading Guardian's engagement strategy across the full customer and financial professional lifecycle. This leader owns customer and advisor engagement across all individual business - business lines, driving the strategies, capabilities, and transformation initiatives that strengthen relationships, improve customer experiences, increase retention, and accelerate business growth. You Have * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). * At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer engagement and service marketing within the financial services or insurance industry. * Experience in loyalty, life cycle and segmentation marketing * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing and email systems, marketing technology and analytical tools * Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to work through unstructured problems and develop clear action plans and priorities * Data-driven marketer with expertise in leveraging data to make decisions, drive prioritization and demonstrate impact * Strong presentation skills; effective communicator at all levels of organizations * High energy, self-starter, team-oriented, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit * Service and customer-first orientation is a must Work Locations * This role is hybrid out with 3 days a week out of Hudson Yards NY, or Pittsfield MA. Salary Range: $132,420.00 - $217,545.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
