Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties along assigned routes in a timely and efficient mannerSweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas to maintain cleanliness standardsCollect and dispose of waste, debris, and recyclables along the routeOperate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies responsiblyReport any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or irregularities to supervisorsFollow all company protocols, safety guidelines, and sanitation proceduresMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on routeRequirements:
Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or route-based work preferredAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning standardsReliable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyValid driver's license and reliable transportation may be requiredAbility to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as neededStrong communication skills and a team-oriented attitudeAbout Us:
