Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements in order to match their vehicle needs with one in current pre-owned inventory.Accompany customer on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority.Know the ins and outs of the inventory, optional packages, and the latest technologies.Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business.Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and creative ideas.Bring your “A” game along with a positive attitude to work with you every day.
Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Consultant:
Previous successful Automotive Sales Experience is a plus.Multi-lingual / Bilingual preferred but not mandatory. Would like Spanish, Russian, Polish preferablyProfessional appearance and good communication skillsStrong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitudeSelf-starter mentality and ambitious spiritGreat communication skills with customers and team membersMust have an outgoing personality, strong customer service skills and be self-motivatedClean driving record and valid driver’s licensePlease upload your resume and complete the online assessmentMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.QualificationsValid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are requiredPrior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferredExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
