    The Pre-Analytical Assistant I provides essential support within the Technical Operations Department, handling laboratory specimens and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing.     The Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of the company to patients, providing high-quality specimen collection and exceptional customer service. The PSR II is responsible for performing accurate, efficient, and safe blood draws while ensuring a positive patient experience.
