Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator for a full-time, in-office role based in Spring, TX. This position supports a wide range of construction projects, including heavy foundations, wall structures and all light commercial concrete construction.
Job Description:
The Commercial Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects. This includes reviewing architectural and drawings, evaluating specifications, and developing takeoffs related to concrete. A deep understanding of the sequence of work with the ability of producing a detailed schedule in Microsoft Project. Site visits may occasionally be required to understand project-specific requirements and conditions.

Structural Estimator

This position supports a wide range of structural construction projects, including podium to mid-rise structures, cast in place parking garages, heavy foundations and wall structures. Job sizes range from 1 million to 20 million contract values.

Technical Support Specialist
Location:: Addison, TX (Fully Onsite)
Pay 25/hr w2 with full medical, vision, and dental. No sponsorship is offered at this time.
12+ month contract
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software.Upgrade Windows from Windows 10 to Windows 11.Perform hardware replacements and upgrades including RAM, keyboards, displays, etc.User account maintenance via Active Directory.Troubleshoot user issues with accessing external websites and systems.Assist with setup, relocation, and IT equipment, including monitors, computers.Document issues, resolutions, and IT procedures in a clear and organized manner.Set up and maintain clean, organized, and fully functional workstations (monitor(s), docking station, cabling, peripherals, etc.) for new and existing users.Monitor and track IT inventory and supplies (keyboards, mice, cables, adapters, toner, etc.) to help ensure availability and avoid shortages.

Responsibilities
Review and track problem accounts, researching errors, updating missing details, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances.
Investigate inquiries related to unpaid balances and insurance requirements, providing accurate and timely responses.
Work with patients and guarantors to set up payment arrangements, monitor compliance, and escalate accounts to collections when necessary.
Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement within accounts receivable.
Accurately enter, reconcile, and verify data while maintaining organized records.
Draft professional correspondence including letters, memos, appeals, and general communication.
Partner with internal practices to gather necessary documentation for patients, insurance carriers, and related departments.

Familiarity with relevant standards such as AASHTO, MUTCD, and Highway Capacity Manual

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with stormwater design, hydraulics, or utility relocation coordination
