Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain leadership
• Experience managing complex manufacturing categories in industrial, OEM, contract manufacturing, or engineered-to-order environments
• Strong negotiation, supplier development, and commercial contracting experience
• Proven track record delivering cost savings and improving supplier performance
• Strong analytical skills including spend analysis, market intelligence, and providing forecasts to vendors
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and operate in fast-paced growth environments
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience with fabricated steel, sheet metal, weldments, electrical components, cooling systems, generators, or modular infrastructure categories
• Experience with global sourcing regions including Mexico, Vietnam, Asia, or Europe

Key ResponsibilitiesComponent & System Assembly

Mechanical Assembly
Perform hands-on tasks: cutting, drilling, mounting, bolting, fastening, and structural integration.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring finished products meet quality, durability, and appearance standards prior to final assembly and shipment.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate has experience working in industrial coating or manufacturing environments, understands coating application techniques, and takes pride in maintaining high-quality workmanship while following strict safety standards.
• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, or applying primers as required
• Apply coatings using spray guns, brushes, rollers, or other approved application methods
• Ensure proper coating thickness, finish quality, and adherence to specifications
• Conduct quality inspections to identify coating defects, inconsistencies, or touch-up requirements
• Maintain coating equipment, spray systems, and work areas in clean and safe operating condition
• Follow all OSHA, PPE, ventilation, and hazardous material handling procedures
