The scope of this role will be taking ownership across project portfolios, management of contractors and engineering escalation. Senior Manager - BESS PV Role Details: Technical ownership for new and existing renewable energy projects Working alongside contractors to assist with delivery of projects Oversee Design reviews, technical documentation, monitor improvement suggestions What is needed: 8+ years of electrical engineering experience; a focus on solar, BESS renewables Knowledge of MV/HV and grid connection equipment US Codes Standards and a network in Texas would be desirable Logistics: Growing company in Austin, Texas Hybrid Role - Home/Office/Site (all sites within 1-2 hours of Austin) Salary guidelines €170,000 - €185,000 + bonus + company car Job Title and Salary variable to change on experience Senior Manager/Director Level Role Please apply directly we will be in touch to discuss further.
