We are looking for self-motivated and reliable individuals for our SALES MANAGER at our dealership in Wichita Falls,Tx. The sales manager focuses on achieving high volume sales by building lasting customer relationships and maintaining the Grubbs' Dealership standards with every deal. These individuals will be self-motivated, efficient, and collaborative.
The sales manager must be willing to learn and apply the principles and terminology of the automotive/dealership world, or have previous experience to translate into this role. It is essential to understand the Sales Role within the scope of the Grubbs' Family standard. We hope you are interested in joining our dealership family!

Grubbs Family of Dealerships is looking for self-motivated and reliable accountants for our Automotive Billing division of our dealerships. The Billing Clerk focuses on accurately recording the sale, profit and commissions on all sold units. These individuals will assist with maintaining accurate records and resolve any discrepancies.
The Billing Clerk must be proficient in principles and terminology of automotive/dealership accounting. It is essential to understand the significance of deadlines and the ability to apply the appropriate level of urgency to all tasks.

Receive, evaluate, process, and reconcile car deals accurately and efficiently.
Organize all paperwork in each deal and check for completenessVerify compliance documentsProcess payoff checks for trade-insPrint commission sheets and distribute to sales managersBalance to schedulesSupport general office operations with light administrative tasks
Employee Prerequisites:
High School Diploma; College Degree a plus.Computer skill levels (Internet and Microsoft Office) and Automotive DMS experience PLUS, Tekion preferred.Competence to work in a high influx call/email environment and transition from one task to another effectively and concisely.Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.Flexible schedule to work full-time with varying extended hours during accounting cutoff periods.Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

This role is responsible for accurately and promptly processing vehicle titles while ensuring compliance with DMV regulations in Texas and surrounding states.
Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealership and is proficient in automotive accounting systems such as Tekion and webDEALER. The candidate must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
Process all registrations for new, retail, and leased vehiclesHandle payoffs and follow up with lienholdersExamine vehicle titles for accuracy and compliance with requirementsVerify, allocate, and post transactions into proper accounting journalsReview and clean TTL payoff schedulesPerform other administrative duties as assignedQualifications:
