Job Purpose
The Centralized Permit Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing permitting activities for residential and commercial projects throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures permits, inspections, revisions, approvals, and closeout documentation are processed accurately and timely while maintaining compliance with municipal and regulatory requirements. The Centralized Permit Coordinator serves as a key liaison between municipalities, engineers, customers, branches, and internal teams to support project progression from permit acquisition through final permit closure.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, submit, track, and maintain permit applications and supporting documentation.
Coordinate permit approvals, revisions, inspections, and permit closeout activities.
Work with municipalities, inspectors, engineers, utility providers, homeowners, and internal teams to obtain required approvals and information.
Resolve permit blockers, kickbacks, failed inspections, and escalations to keep projects progressing.

The Foreman provides leadership to their crew and is an integral part of our success. The Foreman coordinates tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. The Foreman monitors the progress of a project and keeps it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint. Candidates with experience in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions, and team leadership experience would be a great fit for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.Assesses conditions of the job once on-site; sets forth plans based on time allotment, tools needed, and order of work – assign duties to your crew for work to be performed.Installs products and services with the support of a national team of trained professionals.Innovates and troubleshoots situations as needed based on requirements to complete the job to meet company standards and timetables.Provides customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work.Ensures all final documentation is done completely/accurately and is given to the proper parties.Supervises the crew and provides on-the-job training to Installers and Co-ForemanDrives the company-provided vehicle to and from the job site daily.It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.Qualifications
Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.Experience leading crews or small teamsBasic construction or mechanical knowledgeMust have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.Enters crawl spaces and other confined areasOther duties as assigned by the supervisorWorking Conditions
The position lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs., walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor.The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively lifts and carries heavy loads.The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. It also requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs.The employee must have excellent stamina.Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens are required.Compensation

Installers are responsible for traveling to a residential or commercial building to install equipment, troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.Qualifications
