    Grote Automotive is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Lot Porter to help maintain our dealership's appearance and support daily operations. This flexible, part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and contributing to a positive customer experience.


    As a Part-Time Lot Porter, you'll play an important role in keeping our vehicle inventory clean, organized, and ready for display while assisting the dealership team with day-to-day lot operations.

    Compensation:

    $15 - $17 hourly


    Responsibilities:Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot and designated parking areas.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking vehicle inventory.Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles to ensure they are customer-ready and display-ready.Assist with receiving and organizing incoming vehicle deliveries.Help customers by answering basic questions and directing them to the appropriate team member or department.Monitor vehicle inventory and report any damages or discrepancies.Keep the lot, parking areas, and dealership grounds clean and free of debris.Follow all safety guidelines and dealership procedures.Support the sales and service teams with additional tasks as needed during scheduled shifts.
    Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Previous automotive or lot attendant experience is a plus, but not required.
