    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCompany Description

We are a growing company, currently seeking dedicated, adaptable individuals to join Grimco. Grimco is a national wholesale sign supply manufacturer and distributor that has been around for over 175 years with 50+ locations in the United States, and a growing international footprint.

The Pricing Coordinator demonstrates determination, competitive drive, and an eagerness to learn all facets of our company. They must also possess the drive to make an immediate impact on a growing company. Never satisfied with the status quo and always hungry to learn more. This entry-level pricing analyst role is a strong fit for candidates with Excel skills, an analytical mindset, and an interest in data analysis, SQL, or pricing analytics - with a clear path to grow into pricing analyst and data analytics roles.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the
United States. Grimco does not provide employment visa
sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, O-1, TN) and will not do so in the future
    for this position.

    Job Description

    · Support the Pricing Manager in executing day-to-day pricing operations, including cost updates, customer programs, and margin analysis.

    · Review and implement vendor cost and price increases with accuracy and speed

    · Manage and maintain customer-specific price programs, ensuring data integrity

    · Collaborate with Sales Management on pricing decisions, exceptions, and execution of strategic pricing plans

    · Partner with Marketing on promotional pricing, campaign support, and product launch pricing

    · Assist in maintaining and reconciling Vendor Rebate Programs — tracking, adjustments, and reporting

    · Research and resolve invoicing and costing discrepancies in partnership with Finance and Operations

    · Conduct competitive pricing research and analysis to inform pricing strategy

    · Support broader pricing team projects as the department scales

    Qualifications

    Required

    · Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

    · Strong Microsoft Excel skills — you should be comfortable with VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and building clean, functional workbooks

    · Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under deadline

    · Clear communicator, written and verbal, across multiple teams and levels

    · Genuine comfort with ambiguity — willing to ask questions, figure things out, and adapt

    Preferred (not required)

    · Experience with SQL or data querying (we use SQL Server; we can teach the right person)

    · Familiarity with ERP systems or pricing/analytics software

    · Background in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or a related industry

    · Prior internship or work experience in pricing, finance, or data analysis

    Additional Information

In your first 90 days, you've got the core pricing workflows down, you're catching discrepancies before they become problems, and the sales team knows they can count on you. By six months, you're contributing to analysis and improvement projects, not just maintenance.

Longer term, this role is a launching pad. Our best pricing and analytics talent started in coordinator-level roles.

    WHO THRIVES HERE

    · You like figuring things out more than being handed the answer

    · You hold yourself to a high standard without needing someone else to set the bar

    · You'd rather over-communicate than leave someone guessing

    · You take the work seriously, but not yourself
