The ideal candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic with a strong desire to provide superior Customer Service. They must be comfortable making and receiving calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-up and outbound calls and emails.Understanding customer needs and requirements and making recommendations based off opportunity.Manage customer expectations by ensuring commitments are met.Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.Build and monitor sales pipeline and close deals.Develop lasting relationships with key decision-makers within customer and prospect organizations.Other duties as assigned by your sales manager.Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.Proven inside sales experience in the electrical supply and distribution industry. Track record of over-achieving quota.Strong phone presence.Proficient with corporate productivity and business technology.Experience working with popular CRM systems.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Strong listening and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required infrequently. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.Benefits

The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and facilitating communication across teams to drive project success.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestone charts.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, managing project documentation, and ensuring resources are available.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and communication.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably within the construction, IT, or engineering industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
• Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP certification or similar project management certifications.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of project budgeting and financial tracking.

You will use your strong organizational and communication skills to work closely with electrical and general contractors, manufacturers, and their representative agencies, to acquire the necessary information to account for, direct, deliver, and accurately bill for all materials associated with the electrical scope of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Work with the sales team and customers to gain a thorough understanding of the scope and timeline of all projects assigned to you.Participate in every meeting involving the client’s project, including the transfer of the customer from sales to the Project Management team and jobsite coordination.Gather all the information required to accurately purchase and procure material.Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and their representatives.Ensure electrical scope material is accurately received, stored, and delivered.Coordinate all deliveries of material with Lonestar’s customers.Complete accurate billing in a timely manner.Requirements:
Project management certification preferred. Construction or Electrical Distribution knowledge preferred.Ability to work with customers and provide excellent service.Outstanding computer skills, particularly with Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.Ability to multi-task while staying organized.Demonstrated adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.Experience working as part of a team.1-2 years experience owning and completing projects independently.Excellent communication skills with exemplary phone manners.Physical Requirements:
