SUMMARY: Greentech Renewables is looking for an experienced Switchgear Quotations Specialist. The Switchgear Quotations Specialist is responsible for establishing relationships with customers and vendors to secure pricing positions for bids. This individual is also responsible for reviewing bid packages, formulating project quotations, and providing product knowledge.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Review bid package and all the requirements surrounding the package including technical requirements, approved manufactures list, commercial requirements, and documentation requirements
• Work closely with Outside Sales to discuss the strategy and approach for each proposal request

• Break down bid package and issues Request for Quotation (RFQ) to vendors for project quotation levels while communicating deadline, project information, and any additional pertinent information available
• Prepare and submit a final proposal with all required documentation

• Participate in product meetings and training to enhance and maintain personal product knowledge

SUMMARY:
Our internship is designed for candidates who are sales oriented and interested in sales or management. Our highly structured 10-12 week introductory course is paid and will provide candidates a working knowledge of the industry by exposing them to all aspects of the electrical distribution field through a combination of mentoring and on-the-job training.
