    This is a senior technical leadership position responsible for:

    About This Role


    The Senior Solar Project Engineer plays a critical technical leadership role within Greenlinks commercial operations. This position owns the engineering quality, constructability, and performance of commercial and complex solar PV projects across the full project lifecycle.

    This is not a high-volume drafting role. The Senior Engineer is expected to exercise independent engineering judgment, guide design decisions, identify and mitigate technical risk, and support project teams from early feasibility through installation and commissioning.

In the role, you would be responsible for general electrical work from design and inspection to implementation of items or services such as wiring for new appliances such as bathroom fans, installing new switches or replacing existing, and many other home improvement and energy efficiency measures and services.     Adhere to Greenlink and OSHA safety standards;Running AC and DC wiring; service panel upgrades; meter pedestal changeoutsGeneral electrical work related to construction, home improvement, & energy efficiency.Perform electrical wiring, conduit work, and panel installations.Install, maintain, and repair electrical components of solar energy systems.Qualifications:

    About This Role


    The BESS / Microgrid Engineer plays a critical technical role in the design and integration of advanced energy systems across Greenlinks commercial project portfolio.

    This role focuses on the engineering, modeling, and performance optimization of battery energy storage systems, solar + storage integrations, and commercial microgrids. The engineer will work across the full project lifecyclefrom early feasibility and system architecture through commissioning and operational validation.

    This is not purely a modeling or drafting role. The BESS / Microgrid Engineer is expected to apply independent engineering judgment, understand system-level interactions, and guide design decisions that ensure reliable, cost-effective, and resilient energy systems.

    What Youll Do


    System Design & Architecture
    Lead technical design of battery energy storage systems and commercial microgrid architecturesDefine system sizing, electrical configurations, and integration strategies for solar PV + storage and grid-interactive energy systemsEvaluate site electrical infrastructure, load characteristics, and operational objectives to determine optimal system designSupport selection of batteries, inverters, PCS systems, transformers, switchgear, and other balance-of-system componentsEnsure designs meet applicable codes, AHJ requirements, and utility interconnection standardsSystem Modeling & Performance Analysis
