    We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect / Engineer to lead enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure cloud adoption, migration, and optimization. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions while supporting the transition of traditional on-premises infrastructure to modern cloud platforms.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead migration of VMware-based infrastructure to Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services
    • Design and implement cloud solutions for Active Directory / Entra ID modernization
    • Migrate SQL Server environments to Azure SQL and Managed Instance platforms
    • Develop cloud governance frameworks, landing zones, and best practices
    • Optimize Azure workloads for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency
    • Support modernization of enterprise applications, file services, and infrastructure platforms
    • Design and support hybrid network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
    • Drive adoption of automation technologies including Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and related tools
    • Partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance, monitoring, and operational readiness
    • Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resiliency initiatives

    Required Qualifications

    • 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience
    • 3+ years of cloud architecture or cloud engineering experience
    • Proven experience leading VMware to Azure migration projects
    • Strong experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments
    • Experience migrating SQL Server workloads to Azure SQL or Managed Instance
    • Hands-on experience with Azure networking, compute, storage, and identity services
    • Experience with Microsoft Intune administration
    • Strong understanding of cloud governance, security controls, and change management processes
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
