    Description

    Receive and weigh trucks. Grade and create grain receipts. Responsible for rail moves and daily switching in coordination with local short lines. Responsible for grain blending and transferring the product to mill. Maintain elevator condition and adhere to master sanitation schedule and outside grounds. Operate outside mobile equipment. Fill out the appropriate paperwork needed for the task. Assist with loadout operations. Ensure efficient traffic flow onsite.

    Qualifications

    HS Graduate or GED preferred. Experience with data entry and automation controls (HMI is a plus). Experience in grain handling. Safety training is required and provided by the company in group settings, as well as individual computer-based training. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, multitask, and able to read and write in English. Ability to work unsupervised. Available to work flexible hours; evenings, weekends, and shift work may be required. Ability to work at heights up to 100 ft.

    Working Conditions:

    The job will require frequent outside work. This position requires physical efforts such as straining, pulling, lifting, working, and standing and walking on concrete floor. Must be willing to work in a confined space with limited head space. Exposure to elements such as noise, minable dust, cold and hot temperatures. Extreme climate or climate variation. Heat up to 100 degrees and low below freezing temperatures. Exposure to manufacturing equipment hazards. Climbing ladders and stairs.

    Description

    The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant and assumes responsibility for maintaining the physical assets of the property. This position will be responsible for a wide variety of general building maintenance, maintaining site services, and manufacturing equipment repairs and services. Lead and execute day-to-day reliability excellence and maintenance activities for multiple properties, ensuring policies and procedures are followed related to employee safety and food/feed safety.


    Support proper maintenance and repair of all plant/buildings and grounds equipment to include troubleshooting, preventive, and predictive maintenance. Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening to problems, and use precision measuring and testing instruments. Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic components, conveyor systems, and production machines by following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoots malfunctions. Daily interaction with plant floor employees and will work closely with engineering and other maintenance team members to support plant operations.

    Qualifications

    2 years' maintenance experience out of a manufacturing environment. Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience. Predictive maintenance experience preferred. Experience in an agriculture industry, flour, or feed milling environment preferred. Lean manufacturing experience, a plus. Strong k nowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. ( PLC's and instrumentation experience a plus). Ability to schedule maintenance, respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and repair equipment. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley software highly preferred. Bilingual in Spanish, a plus.

    Working Conditions:

    Description

    The Director of Operations will lead multiple regional facilities , ensuring they operate efficiently, safely, and profitably. This role oversees all aspects of plant operations including safety, quality, production, warehousing, grain handling, and maintenance, with a focus on continuous improvement and implementing lean manufacturing principles. The ideal candidate will possess extensive flour milling experience, strong leadership abilities, and a drive to foster a culture of safety, excellence, and innovation.

    Director of Operations Responsibilities:

    Lead operational management across multiple facilities, including Richmond, UT and Preston, ID, with P&L responsibility. Oversee and manage large-scale capital projects (e.g., $40M+ expansions) and new product launches. Drive production efficiency, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Implement and maintain best practices in lean manufacturing, GMPs, food safety, and continuous improvement methodologies. Manage daily operations to meet or exceed safety standards, quality benchmarks, yield targets, and cost objectives. Coach, develop, and mentor operation managers and department leaders to improve performance and professional growth. Promote an empowered, safety-focused culture with open communication and teamwork. Utilize data-driven tools, statistical analysis, and visualization techniques to monitor KPIs and optimize processes. Collaborate closely with engineering, technical milling, and supply chain teams to improve process efficiency. Oversee budgeting, cost control, and P&L management to ensure financial targets are met.     Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 8-10 years' relevant job experience (or equivalent experience). Proven success managing large-scale operations and P&L responsibility. Extensive experience in flour milling, grain management, and related process optimization. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills. Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis, and visualization tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with physical demands and variable climate conditions. Demonstrated leadership with scheduling and process optimization for bulk loading/unloading, warehouse, and/or packaging operation.

    Working Conditions:

    Physical effort required, working on concrete floors, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Exposure to noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and manufacturing hazards. Climbing ladders and working in extreme weather conditions may be necessary.

    The Class A Truck Driver - OTR will transport flour/grain/materials for our customers from Dawn, TX to Richmond, UT & reload back, at $2,590/week for 2 full rounds. This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a Class A commercial motor vehicle and requires compliance with DOT and safety regulations. The driver will be based in Dawn, TX.

    $2,590/week which is $1295 for a full round trip round from from Dawn, TX to Richmond, UT. Expectation is for the driver to make 2 rounds per week. Touch freight and drop and hook, as needed. 15 days' vacation (accrued annually). 2 floating holidays. 9 Paid holidays.

    CDL Truck Driver OTR Responsibilities:

    Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines. Pre-trip and post trip all equipment and report deficiencies to your supervisor. Always be professional and courteous, always be a great ambassador for the company. Make on-time delivery & customer service a priority. Report all delayed deliveries to your supervisor. Open to all shifts including some evenings, weekends, and overnights. Regional drivers may spend a few nights out per week as part of their schedule. Transport flour/grain/liquids/materials to our customers throughout North America. Assist in delivery of missed loads, moving trailers around the yard, preloading as needed. Confirm accuracy of BOL, Seals and trailer number after hooked to the trailer. Report any discrepancies to a supervisor before departing. Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards. Report all spills to a supervisor and clean up after yourself. Maintain accurate records and logs. Load/Unload freight or assist in the loading/unloading of freight, if required. Always keep the tractor clean on the inside, wash the tractor bi-weekly. Reseal all trailers when empty. Report all detention and delays at the customer over 2 hours beyond your appointment to your supervisor. Remain outside of the cab of the truck when loading or unloading in all weather conditions. No pets are allowed in the company equipment. Other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle (Grain Hopper, Dry Van, or Bulk Pneumatic preferred): 2 years' experience within the last 5 years. Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions in English. Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

    Working Conditions:

    Cranking of handles. Lifting, as needed. Long periods of sitting while operating a CMV. Climbing ladders of liquid trailers to open & close dome lids, while using 3-point contact. Swinging of mallet repeatedly as needed.
