Role: Industrial Construction Project Manager Location: Houston, TX (Office in League City) Salary: $130,000 + benefits Employment Type: Full-Time Overview We are partnering with a well-established Houston-based General Contractor to hire an Industrial Construction Project Manager due to a strong and active project pipeline. These are urgent hires supporting large-scale industrial projects across the Houston market, with $17M+ in funded work ready to move into construction. This opportunity is well suited to Project Managers with experience delivering industrial, light industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or cold storage projects who are looking for long-term growth with a stable contractor. Responsibilities Manage industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and change management Work closely with Superintendents to manage site execution, sequencing, and schedules Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure scope, quality, and safety alignment Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers Lead project meetings, reporting, and documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations Support procurement, buyout, and subcontractor management activities Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager on industrial or light industrial projects Experience delivering projects typically $10M–$30M+ in value Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, scheduling, and change management Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in active, fast-paced industrial environments Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Houston market experience preferred What’s on Offer Competitive salary based on experience ($130k–$145k) Immediate involvement on funded industrial projects with an active backlog Long-term pipeline of industrial work in the Houston / Ship Channel market Opportunity to join a stable, growing contractor with a strong regional footprint How to Apply If you’re an experienced Industrial Project Manager open to a confidential discussion, apply directly or reach out to learn more.
