    Position Summary

    The IP Litigation Paralegal position will provide organizational and practice specific assistance to attorneys in the IP Litigation Department in preparing litigation cases from onset through post-trial including related research and analysis. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    The expected pay range for this position is:

    $51.16 to $53.68 per hour

    Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.     Position Summary

    This role will be based in our Atlanta office, on an in-office basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Finance and Accounting Senior Manager.

    Position Summary

    Working closely with the accounting manager, analyzes financial information and prepares financial reports relating to financial activities and billing for the Atlanta office. Coordinates with A/P department on projects as assigned.

    Key Responsibilities
    Process ad hoc reports requested by the client, billing attorney, or accounting managerPrepare standard monthly financial reports as directed by the accounting managerProcess expenses for office credit cardsMaintain engagement letters for annual audit; request engagement letters for new clients monthlyMonthly review and closing of client matters with no activityReconciling vendor statements, research, and correct discrepanciesAssist with review and processing vendor invoicesOrganize and process payments for bar duesMaintain house accounts at local restaurantsProcess petty cash and reconciliationAnswer general accounting questionsAssist with various administrative tasks within the department as needed

    The expected pay range for this position is:

    $250,000 - $380,000 per year

    Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
