    We seek a skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy dental office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet patients in a welcoming and professional manner Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Verify insurance and process payments Maintain patient records and ensured accurate data entry Manage office inventory and order supplies when needed Maintain a clean and organized office environment

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, preferably in a dental office setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office and dental software programs Ability to work well in a team environment

    Dental Assistant Wanted – Join Our Friendly and Professional Dental Team!

    Are you a motivated and compassionate individual passionate about providing exceptional dental care? Our thriving dental practice is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our supportive team of dental professionals. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute positively to patient experiences, we would love to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:

    Assist the dentist during various procedures, including exams, cleanings, and surgeries

    Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring all necessary equipment, instruments, and materials are ready for use

    Maintain and sterilize dental instruments per OSHA and CDC guidelines

    Perform chairside duties such as taking dental impressions, and taking digital X-rays

    Record patient medical and dental history, including treatment plans in our electronic records system

    Provide post-operative instructions to patients

    Assist with maintaining inventory and ordering dental supplies as needed

    Qualifications:

    Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program or a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant

    Current Dental Assistant Certification or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license

    CPR certification

    Radiography/X-ray certification (preferred)

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix or Eaglesoft)

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure

    Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask

    Experience: -Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
